Is BloxPass really free?
Yes. Signing up, doing offers, and joining the hourly drop are all free. You'll never be asked to pay to cash out.
Do you see my Roblox password?
Never. You sign in on the official roblox.com page, and Roblox only shares your user ID, username, display name, and avatar with us.
Why do my Robux show as “Pending”?
Robux payouts are sent by buying a Gamepass you create. Roblox holds all Gamepass earnings for 3–7 days as a security measure, then they land in your balance automatically. Gift card codes don't have this wait. A $5 code usually arrives right away, and bigger cards are sent after a quick check.
Is my BloxPass balance real Robux?
Your balance shows how many Robux you can withdraw. They become real Robux in your Roblox account once you cash out through your Gamepass (after Roblox's 3–7 day hold). You can also swap your balance for gift cards or in-game items.
Where do the offers come from?
Offers are provided by our partner networks (TapRain, OGAds, Offery) and the advertisers who work with them. When you complete one, the advertiser confirms it and we add the Robux to your balance.
What does “Up to” mean on an offer?
Some games pay more the further you get, like reaching higher levels. “Up to” is the most that offer can pay one player. Most players earn part of it, and you get Robux for every step you finish. Offers with a fixed payout show the exact amount.
Why didn't an offer give me Robux?
Offers are tracked by the advertiser, and some take a while to confirm. You must be a new user of that app, follow the requirements exactly, and not use a VPN. You can check every offer you've started under “In progress” on the Earn page. If it still doesn't show up after 24 hours, contact support.
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 13, and if you're under 18 you need permission from a parent or guardian. Some offers have their own age limits (often 18+).
